As its name implies, this hotel is located in the old
"Malle Poste" edifice, a compulsory stop-over on the Semois River.
In the past this place was where men and their horses came to
rest. The copy of the
watering place along the hotel gives evidence of the glorious history of this
area.
At the present time, the "Relais" of Vresse receives,
the gourmets, the "nature lovers", the tourists, the hikers, the
hunters and fishermen, as well as all those who are attracted to a region's
cultural patrimony.
In order to keep with the spirit of fine French cuisine, while integrating typical seasonal courses, Andr้ Leray has recreated a menu that is reminiscent of past times. Those of you who are already initiated with delicate French cuisine will appreciate it, while others will discover it.
